I had a chance to converse with some older, mature WKU folks after the game. I was shocked that they though this was some ploy on USM's part. Been to a lot of venues but by far the most classless fans I've witnessed in 40 years of following USM. Folks need to go to around the 8 minute mark of the 4th QTR to listen to how the ESPN folks thought WKU fans were classless. Bad image for your program. Really distracted from the great things your school has going for you.
