The Bowling Green Falcons are a 7-point favorite over the Toppers in Week 1 (see link). However, CG Technologies has WKU playing at Bowling Green but the game is actually a home game for Western. Considering the Falcons are the defending MAC champions and have many starters returning, I believe this early line could have been higher for BG.

If this site actually thinks it's a home game for BG, that probably holds a lot of weight in the point spread. That's something you run into with some these websites. mistakes. I think a majority of websites will favor BG over WKU on opening weekend based off the fact that the Falcons were conference champs last season and they will look at the WKU roster (hopefully) and see our leading rusher and a majority of our key defensive starters are gone. That will probably be about all they know about this game.
