Normal average temperatures and maximum temperatures were compiled for all FBS college football locations for September-November. The period of record used was 1981-2010. The results for individual locations were combined into conference averages, which are presented below (see link). Teams were placed into the conferences that they were affiliated with at the start of the 2013 season. FCS teams that are transitioning to FBS were placed into the conference they will eventually be affiliated with.
