Many years ago I challenged coach to a FT shooting contest. We were in a sports pub called Frankies. The place had two goals and a hardwood floor. Coach, I bet you Ten Dollars that I can hit more Ft than you. Coach never backs down from a challenge so the bet was on. Simple rules, shoot till you hit shoot till you miss. I hit 57 in a row. Now you have to know that I had never in my life hit that many without a miss. Coach went next and we were starting to draw a crowd. He hit 87. The point is 4 for 12 from the line has to make him insane. George is getting to the point where you can't play him late in a close game. Missing a front end is the same as a turn over. The scouting report will say give the foul and make him earn the basket from the line. My kingdom for 2 FT.
