Coach Harper says we will protect this House. Urges fans to make diddle arena the toughest place to play in CUSA.

Harper says: "I think you will see we have a lot of interchangeable parts this season that we haven't had in the past, I am excited about this team. Our goal is to bring home a banner this season"

Lot of missed shots for the Ladies tonight. You can expect one thing from a Coach Clark-Heard team though. They are gonna get out and run and hustle. They are pushing it on both ends of the court.

my attendance estimate was off. More fans have filed in. WKU officials estimating about 4,500 fans in Diddle tonight to take in the festivities.

The Lady Tops are going to be a very dangerous team this year. Kendall Noble, Alexis Govan, and Chastity Gooch leading the scoring. Now way teams will be able to stop all 3 of them. Add in players like Bria Gaines, Michah Jones, Kierra Muhammed, Ivy Brown, and Jalynn McClain and they are a tough, deep, hard nosed team.

Lady Top scrimmage finishes with a victory for the Black team 44-29. Who says WKU never wins in Black jersey's. Govan with a game high 15 points, Gaines has 12 points and 9 rebounds

This team has more weapons then WKU has had the last few seasons. Several guys that can play multiple positions and more depth.

Justin Johnson finishes with 14 points and 13 boards. Big Ben Lawson had 19 points on 9 field goals.


CHD hit 4 three pointers for the red team.

Ayinde Sprewell uses Brandon Price as a prop. Price holds the ball above his head. Sprewell jumps over him, takes the ball and reverse throws it down.
