The Western Kentucky Hilltoppers scored a couple of more football commitments in the past couple of days in Southwest Mississippi C.C. defensive tackle Andre Thomas-Cobb.
Bryant will add size in the middle of the defensive line with his 6-foot-4, 305-pound stature, but he also boasts a quick burst off the line of scrimmage and closing speed on defenders that you don't often see from prospects his size. Has exceptional lower-body strength and is able to bull-rush defenders in the backfield and always has his eyes up and knows where the ball is going.
Thomas-Cobb could likely be the premier playmaker out of this class. His 6-foot-4, 200-pound frame, breakaway speed, and ability to high-point the ball makes him the perfect fit in the Hilltoppers high-octane offense. He also tallied 25 tackles at the safety position during his senior season.
