Western Kentucky running back Jakairi Moses, who has been a Hilltopper since the 2017 season, announced he was entering his name into the transfer portal on Friday afternoon.
Over the course of his career at Western Kentucky, the former two-star recruit has recorded 887 yards on 181 attempts for three touchdowns.
