Which position in football is the hardest to recruit and find players? I know they say linemen but is it D linemen or offensive linemen?
Linemen......which is harder to find? D or O?

I would say offensive line, in particular offensive tackle. Finding someone with the size, athleticism, and good footwork to be able to protect the quarterback from edge rushers are always top priorities and in a lot of cases hard to find.
