#ProToppers: A.A. Getting More Reps With Titans

We are only about a week into June, but OTAs have begun for squads around the NFL, including one of the fan-favorites of many Hilltoppers, the Tennessee Titans.

When Antonio Andrews inked the undrafted free agent deal last offseason to be with the Titans, it excited many former Topper fans - one of their beloved players playing for their beloved NFL team. What gets better than that?!

Well, it turns out the Titans felt the same way, and instead of running the risk of another team (Buffalo) taking Andrews off the practice roster, the front office promoted him to the 53-man roster, even though he saw limited playing time. Towards the back end of the 2014 year, many fans wanted to see what AA could do, as they were unhappy with guys like Bishop Sankey and the other RB's who were getting reps but not getting results (what was there to lose, right?).

Well, good news in this video - A.A. is getting more reps during OTAs! Okay, I'll admit that this may not mean anything, but it also may mean we see A.A. at 3rd or 4th on the depth chart coming into preseason games, which would be ideal.

These questions are pretty dumb - very generic, team-website friendly, softball questions - but the common theme throughout is a good one, and that is that Andrews is comfortable running the plays and working with his lineman.

Hopefully this year, A.A. can solidify himself as one of two things - a key 3rd down back for Tennessee and/or the kick returner - be it punts or kickoffs.

What are you hoping to see out of A.A. in 2015 with the Titans? Does this interview get you excited for how the Titans might use him? Let us know your thoughts below!
