Will a 6-6 record get a bowl bid for Western?

SBNation has the Toppers playing the Temple Owls in Hawaii (see link). Because I don't see Western defeating Marshall in Huntington, most likely the Tops will finish the regular season at 6-6. If this is the case, will Western get a bowl bid and do you believe the Tops deserve a bowl bid with a 6-6 record?
