Game Notes:
- WKU held a 17-14 lead going into the fourth quarter and kept FIU scoreless in the final frame. It was the first time the Hilltoppers kept an opponent scoreless in the fourth quarter since Nov. 11th, 2017 at Marshall in a 30-23 loss.
- WKU improved to 7-6 all-time against FIU, including 4-4 in Miami. The Hilltoppers halted a two game win streak in the series for the Panthers.

Gaej Walker
- Led WKU with 100 yards and one touchdown on a career-high 27 carries.
- Became the first Hilltopper since Anthony Wales to have back-to-back 100-yard games, which Wales did in the 2016 C-USA Championship Game and Boca Raton Bowl.
Lucky Jackson
- Led WKU with six receptions for 93 yards, including a long of 48 yards in the first quarter, which led to the Hilltoppers first lead of the game.
- With 124 career receptions, Jackson passed Keith Packett for 10th all-time on the WKU charts and moved into a tie with Alan Mullins (1982-85) for 9th all-time.
Kyle Fourtenbary
- Recorded five receptions for the 4th time in his career for a career-high 74 yards.
Jahcour Pearson
- Recorded the first touchdown of his career, hauling in an 8-yard pass from Steven Duncan.
Devon Key
- Registered 11 tackles, including a career-high 2 tackles for loss. It was the third double-digit tackle game of his career.
Kyle Bailey
- Led WKU with a career-high 13 tackles, the most by a Hilltopper so far this season.
DeAngelo Malone
- Had 9 tackles, 1 tackle for loss. Now has 17 total tackles and 4.5 tackles for loss this season.
Cory Munson
- Went 2-for-2 on field goal attempts of 19 and 44 yards in the second half.
John Haggerty
- Punted five times for 246 yards (49.2 average), including a long of 55 yards and three punts inside the 20-yard line.
