Solid preview, but I think Tyler and Cole are way, way too optimistic about the Tops chances this year.
Last year's squad, while yes, finished four games under .500, didn't have a "rough" year (an all around rough year, at least). That's just the type of manager Matt Myers was, unfortunately. And, yes, Pawlowski is going to, for lack of a better term, revive the program, it's going to take a season or two.
Also, 30+ wins is a lot, and Tyler's third place prediction in CUSA is...bold. On the whole, baseball is arguably CUSA's best sport, and with teams like Rice, FAU, ODU, and even that Central Divisional Trucking School. I'm not saying it's impossible, but I'm saying the Tops have to make a ton of strides really quickly.
