WKU transfer target just visited WKU

WKU head coach Steve Lutz and company have been locked into the transfer portal, looking for significant additions to the 2023-24 roster. It looks like another intriguing transfer target on the Hilltoppers' radar has stopped by The Hill for a visit recently.

InsideHilltopperSports.com has learned that Texas A&M-Corpus Christi transfer guard Jalen Jackson was just on campus recently for a visit with Western Kentucky.


The 5-foot-11, 180-pound guard out of San Antonio, TX. has been on Texas A&M-Corpus Christi's roster for two seasons, transferring to the Islanders after two seasons with North Texas.

With the Islanders In the 2022-23 season, Jackson averaged 7.4 ppg, 2.9 rpg, 2.9 apg, 0.2 bpg and 1.3 spg. He shot 41.4% from the field, 31.3% from beyond the arc and 69.8% from the free throw line.
