Henry Clay (Ky) forward Jordan Green has officially committed to Western Kentucky this morning. The three-star prospect averaged 20.2 points and 7.6 rebounds per game this past season for the Blue Devils and has led the program in scoring the last three seasons.
WKU signee Justin Johnson was critical in the process, read here in this article from the Courier-Journal's Steve Jones. He intends to sign his National Letter of Intent on Wednesday, the first day of the spring signing period.
Green had offers from New Mexico State, Troy, Eastern Kentucky, Northern Kentucky, UNC-Wilmington, UNC-Asheville, and Jacksonville.
He joins a Hilltopper 2014 class that includes Avery Patterson of Wheeler (Ga), Derrick Clayton of Elev8 Sports Institute (Fla), Justin Johnson of Perry Co. Central (Ky), and Rob Marberry of Franklin Road Academy (Tn).
