2023 offensive tackle Chrisdasson Saint-Jean, a rising senior at Evans High School in Orlando, FL., picked up an offer from Western Kentucky on Monday, June 6.
The prospect out of the Sunshine State announced the offer from the Hilltoppers over social media on Monday afternoon.
Jean has been ranked a three-star prospect in the 2023 recruiting class on Rivals.com and has additionally achieved a 5.5 Rivals rating.
Besides Western Kentucky, Jean has collected offers from Florida Atlantic, Jacksonville State, Liberty, Maryland, Pittsburgh, Purdue, South Florida and West Virginia. Florida is additionally interested in him.
The 6-foot-7, 310-pound offensive tackle spoke with InsideHilltopperSports.com about the offer from Western Kentucky and discussed how significant the offer is to him at this point in his recruitment.
"It feels great to receive an offer from WKU and I don’t know too much about the Hilltoppers," Jean said.
Jean had the opportunity to speak with WKU assistant coach and running backs coach Enrique Davis and assistant coach, co-offensive coordinator and offensive line coach Zach Lankford.
"WKU offered me today and I talked to Coach Enrique Davis and Zach Lankford. I liked their energy, the school, and the conversation was just them getting to know me."
Jean said that while he's not going to be at Western Kentucky this summer, this offer is a significant one in his recruitment and he said he was a big fan of Coach Lankford. He also said that he's down to his last camp this summer as he's headed to the University of Florida to attend their camp.
Jean said playing for Evans High School has been a great experience and said his coaches have helped prepare him for the jump to college football.
"Playing at Evans High School has helped me develop, because we play good competition every year and the coaching staff has helped me a lot," Jean said. "The coaches here have a lot of experience."
