I was recently talking with him for an update on his recruitment and he let me know that Western Kentucky is very much in the mix to land him. Smart is one of the most explosive players in the country in terms of speed, but has been overlooked by many "big" schools because of his height. According to him, he's planning an unofficial visit sometime in the next month.
I would wager to say that WKU is his leader of schools on his offer list, but an offer from the likes of UCF or USF would shake things up.
