Cedar Grove (Ga.) 2024 defensive tackle Kyle Mosley, an intriguing recruiting target out of the Peach State, picked up an offer from Western Kentucky this week, announcing the opportunity from the Hilltoppers over social media on Wednesday, March 1.
The 6-foot-1, 281-pound defensive tackle prospect out of Ellenwood, GA. spoke with InsideHilltopperSports.com about how it felt to pick up an offer from Western Kentucky, detailing his overall interest in the Hilltoppers' program.
Mosley said he connected with WKU's new defensive line coach Carson Hall and could feel the energy from the other side of the phone. With Coach Hall coming from Georgia and collecting experience mentoring defensive lineman in the state, Mosley said he is certain Coach Hall is carrying a lot of experience and knowledge of the game.
Mosley said he's definitely interested in learning more about the Hilltoppers' program as he is eager to get to know all the schools that have offered him so far. Mosley added that he will be visiting Western Kentucky soon.

"It feels great. It's another blessing from God and I'm thankful," Mosley said. "They haven't been involved until yesterday."

"Coach Hall called and I could feel his energy through the phone. Honestly, it was a great conversation," Mosley said. "Based off what he told me last night, he came from Georgia, helped out over there with the defensive line, so I can only imagine how much knowledge he has of the game."

"Definitely," Mosley said. "Right now, I'm eager to learn about all the schools I have so far. And I will be visiting soon."
