Blunt received 2nd Team All-American honors this past season - had 24 tackles, 11 PBU's, four interceptions, and three forced fumbles. He's expected to graduate in May and have three years of eligibility remaining.
ON HIS WKU DECISION:
"The feeling I got there was beyond my expectations. The coaches are more into you as a person than what you bring to a football field. Coach (Tyson) Helton let it be known he's not here for X's and O's, he is here to make sure we are set for the next 40 years of our life. I think that the main reason I committed has a lot to do with Zach (Grant) and Taylor (Brown). Those two are the best recruiting personnel guys I ever encountered. I appreciate those two for noticing me and staying in constant contact for months now leading to this point."
